Do the next right thing,
in order.
- Day 1: Open it. Find the notice number in the top or bottom right corner, such as CP14, CP2000, CP504 or LT11, plus the respond-by date. Write both on the envelope. Do not ignore it, do not pay something you do not agree with and do not call the number on the letter until you know what it says.
- Day 2: Find your return. Pull your copy of the tax return for that year.
- Days 2 or 3: Send every page. Text a photo of every page to (918) 555-0163. We call within one business day to explain what it means and whether you need us at all.
- Days 4 and 5: Choose the answer. If it is simple, we tell you how to answer it yourself, free. If not, you get a flat fee in writing.

“They told me I did not need them for my first letter and showed me how to answer it myself. That is why I called them when the big one came.”Doug P., Owasso
